Another Successful Assessment/Remediation for a Residential Housing Site

Geo Environmental Group have successfully completed the geotechnical and environmental works for a 89 plot residential development on a former colliery/foundry site in the West Midlands. The works incorporated an initial geo-environmental investigation; the implementation of a comprehensive remediation strategy designed by GEG; foundation design and the design and treatment of two 100m deep mineshafts. The works were completed on time and to budget and approved by the Local Authority and NHBC.
