GEG to Assess Bournville College Site for Re-Development

GEG has been commissioned by Bournville College (via  their Agents DTZ) to undertake a geotechnical and environmental assessment of their site on Bristol Road, Birmingham for proposed re-development. The College is set to move to new multi-million pound purpose built premises on the former car manufacturing site at Longbridge and at that point the site, which covers approximately 3.75 hectares (9.28 acres) will become redundant. Residential development is considered the most likely option at his stage.
