Successful Completion of Residential Development on Former Garage Site

GEG has successfully completed the geotechnical and environmental assessment, remediation design/supervision and verification of a former petrol filling station site into a small high quality residential development of 14 properties in Wombourne, Staffs for CALA Homes. The works were completed on time, were approved by the Local Authority, Environment Agency and NHBC and were completed under the client's approved budget. CALA were delighted as GEG saved them in excess of £100k compared with their original remediation budget.
